Goal
Conduct administrative leadership activities that develop relationships with the school stakeholders.
Objectives
1.            Cultivate a relationship with key stakeholders internal and external.
2.            Acquaint myself to climate and culture of the school.
3.            Explore the Instinctual philosophies of the school instructors.
4.            Familiarizing myself with school data reflecting on current and past performances.
5.            Develop a plan of action for professional growth and reflective thought.

1.  Cultivate a relationship with key stakeholders internal and external.
·         Introduction letter to all.
·         Meet with organizations :  Booster Club,  PTA,  Board Members,  Maintenance, Counselors , Custodians, and Food Services.
·         Meet  with Department heads.
·         Each department.
·         Informal meeting with each staff member.
·         As soon as possible.
·         Before the beginning of school.
·         During staff in-service.

·         Access and reflect  on the meetings  of external stakeholders.
·         Reflect upon the inter action of the departments and individual meetings.

2.   Acquaint myself to climate and culture of the school.

·         Assimilate the Mission and Vision statements of the district.
·         Department meetings.
·         Individual  teacher interviews

·         Meet with parents.

·         Attend extracurricular:  sports, musicals, clubs, band, etc.
·         Before school begins.
·         During teacher in-service.
·         Build time in before the school year starts to meet and introduce myself to the class officers.

·         Throughout the year depending on the activity or activities the students are engaged in.
·         Compile a personal report on data received from the various stakeholders.
·         Identify weaknesses and strengths
·          Develop a plan of action to improve or maintain climate and culture.
